I design programs around real intention, not just movement for movement’s sake. My background is in construction and engineering, so I understand what it actually takes to stay grounded when your schedule doesn’t slow down. That’s the lens I bring to how I coach.
My approach mixes mindful movement with methods I trust, built into habits you can actually keep. Maybe you want more consistency. Maybe you just want to feel like yourself again. Either way, we build something that fits your actual life, not a version of wellness that only works if everything else goes right.
Unlock your true strength
I know what it’s like to be exhausted before you even get to the studio. Long commutes, back-to-back deadlines, still trying to show up for your friends and your own goals on top of it. I’ve lived that, which is why everything I build is designed around a real schedule, not an ideal one.
My approach mixes mindful movement with methods I actually trust, built into small habits that hold up even on your worst weeks. This isn’t about adding one more thing to your plate. It’s about finding a rhythm that gives you energy back instead of taking more from you. If this is you, I would love to connect and find ways to help you find a plan that works for you and helps you stay consistent.
How I did it
In 2011, I took a leap of faith. Leaving behind Greece, I moved to New York City to study engineering. I was uncertain about the future, but I knew one thing for sure. I loved creating, solving problems, and designing. The city’s relentless energy was overwhelming at first, but amidst the chaos, I discovered yoga. A quiet, sacred space where I could breathe freely and finally find my center. When I was young, I tried many activities (volleyball, swimming, handball, dance), looking for something that felt right. But nothing truly stuck with me like yoga. Yoga quickly became my sanctuary, a place where I could reconnect with my soul in the midst of the city’s hustle.
Five years later, after earning my master’s in engineering, I landed my first full time job, a milestone I had worked tirelessly for. Alongside that achievement, I finally enrolled in a 200-hour yoga teacher training, a dream I had carried for years. Those months cracked something open in me. I practiced endlessly, peeling back layers of self-doubt and fear. Through every pose and meditation, I realized yoga wasn’t just movement. It was how I was learning to heal. I felt a calling to share that with others, to help them find their own light amidst life’s chaos.
Balancing a demanding corporate career in construction while nurturing my passion for teaching wasn’t easy, especially as an immigrant woman navigating a field traditionally dominated by men. But in 2021, I was reminded of my purpose. I launched my podcast, No More Distractions, a space for others to reconnect with themselves amidst busy lives. I interviewed inspiring professionals, psychologists, yoga teachers, sound healers, astrologists, all trying to answer the same question in different ways. What does it actually mean to feel whole. Each conversation reminded me that strength usually looks like honesty, not perfection.
By 2023, I wanted more than words and podcasts. I wanted real, tangible community, a space where people could come together and share their stories in person. So I began hosting in-person yoga events throughout NYC. These gatherings turned into something bigger than a class. I watched strangers become friends. I watched people change, not just on the mat but in how they carried themselves off it. That year taught me that yoga isn’t only something you do alone. Sometimes the real work happens in a room full of other people doing it with you.
Having completed my 300 hour advanced yoga training, I’m starting a new chapter. My mission is simple. Help people juggling careers and life’s chaos find their way back to themselves. I believe balance isn’t a distant ideal, it’s a daily choice. Through movement, mindfulness, and a few simple, intentional practices, I want to show that peace doesn’t have to be complicated or far away. My journey has taught me that resilience and real community matter more than having everything figured out. That’s what I’m here to help others find too.
2025 taught me that balance is a daily choice. 2026 is teaching me that strength is too. As we age, we lose muscle, and muscle is one of the most overlooked keys to a long, capable, active life. This year I completed my 50 hour HIIT Pilates certification, a practice built on short 30 second intervals that build strength with a low impact, joint friendly approach. My mission is the same as it’s always been, to help people juggling careers and life’s chaos find a version of wellness that actually holds up over time. Now that includes helping you get stronger, not just calmer.
