These are the moments that fill my cup: guiding fellow yogis on their journeys, connecting with beautiful souls, and taking a quiet breath with a view that stretches for miles. The NYC skyline - a constant reminder of the vastness of the world and the small, precious role we play in it.
Winter might have been a long haul, but we faced our fears, we grew, and now? It’s time to soak up the sunshine and let all that good energy blossom 🌸

Feeling overwhelmed by the outside world? You’re not alone!

Life throws so much at us, it’s easy to get caught up in the chaos and lose sight of ourselves. But there’s a way to find balance even amidst the storm. ‍

Our yoga practice is a sanctuary, a time to turn inwards and release what no longer serves us. On the mat, we can identify and let go of negativity like anger, fear, or anxieties that might not even be ours! (Think emotional baggage you pick up from others.)

Meditation helps us become aware of these subtle energy shifts so we can choose how we react.

✨Ready to find your center? Here are 3 steps to balance in the chaos:

1️⃣ Practice Regular Self-Care: Make time for activities that nourish your mind, body, and soul, whether it’s yoga, meditation, or simply spending time in nature.
2️⃣ Set Healthy Boundaries: It’s okay to say “no” and protect your energy from negativity.
3️⃣ Focus on Your Journey: Stop comparing yourself to others and focus on your own growth and progress. (This one is HUGE)

Sharing a glimpse from yesterday’s lively workshop ‘Unleash Your Inner Power’ with our vibrant Namaste City community!

Sonia led an empowering meditation, inviting us to visualize our inner fire, before diving into an energizing flow to heat it up 🔥

Afterwards, we took a breather to connect, munch on some snacks, and sip on drinks. Then Ashley stepped in, covering the basics of crystal healing with her warm enthusiasm. Wrapping up the event, she guided us all through a reiki session, reigniting our drive to chase after our dreams and passions!
